Documentation is half of maintenance: without records, every new contractor starts from scratch, and the owner does not know what the property has already been through.
We keep the property's technical documentation the way professional managers do: we record systems, interventions, deadlines and recommendations. After every engagement the owner or manager receives a report — in Croatian, German or English.
