How we process personal data on this site.

Data controller

ADRIATIC INSTALACIJE I SERVIS, owner Tihomir Guvo, Bijaćka ulica 69, 21217 Kaštel Štafilić, OIB 48024417955 (hereinafter: "we"). Email: [email protected] · Phone: +385 95 879 3285.

What we process and why

Data you send us (name, contact details, description of your need) we process solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR (consent and pre-contractual steps). We keep the data while the enquiry is active, and at most for as long as possible cooperation lasts; we do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties beyond the contractors necessary to carry out the agreed works.

How the form works — honestly

Our enquiry form does not send your data to our server. When you click "Send enquiry", the email program on your device opens, and the message goes directly from your own email address to [email protected]. Your data therefore does not travel through our website — it reaches us as a normal email sent by you.

Services involved

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which technically serves the content; we have a data processing agreement (DPA) with Cloudflare. If we activate direct sending via a Cloudflare Function (/api/upit) in the future, the message would run through the Resend service (USA), protected by Cloudflare Turnstile — that is, a transfer to the USA based on the EU standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and map

This site does not set analytics cookies and does not use tracking tools. The map on the Contact page loads OpenStreetMap map tiles only once the map frame appears on screen; in doing so your browser sends technical data, including your IP address, to OpenStreetMap servers (a third party). If you do not want that, simply do not open the map. More on the Cookies page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal). Send requests in writing to [email protected]; we usually reply within one working day.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.
