For partners

We build the group with people who know the trade — electrical work, cleaning, green areas and other services.
For the properties we maintain we need contractors who work tidily, to agreement and with an understanding of deadlines. We plan such cooperation for the long term.
What we look for
- Licences and registration for your activity.
- Work to agreed deadlines and written scopes.
- Easy communication — flagging status before a problem, not after.
- A reference or a sample of past work.
What we offer
- Ongoing properties and planned engagements, not one-off jobs.
- A clear framework: scope, deadlines, standards.
- Payment against invoice on time, without waiting.
- Coordination towards the property owner — you work, we talk.
Send us a short company profile — activity, area and a sample of your experience. We usually reply within one working day.
