We visit offices and commercial buildings regularly, service equipment to schedule and clean without disturbing staff. We deal with minor repairs promptly and schedule larger alterations outside working hours. Each month, the owner receives a report of servicing, repairs and upcoming work. That way, tasks do not get missed and no one has to call five different numbers. When a tenant reports an issue, we handle it without asking you to act as go-between. You have one number for everything.
