Locks, taps, lights and doors, taken care of as part of your property maintenance.
Small repairs take the most time — and there are always more of them. The caretaker visits regularly, to schedule, and deals with locks, taps and bulbs before they become urgent. You report by message with a photo, and we handle the rest.

Are small jobs charged separately?
Minor jobs are covered by the maintenance contract, so you won’t receive a separate invoice for every light bulb.
How often does the caretaker come?
As agreed — weekly, twice a month or according to the property's needs. The contract sets the rhythm.
Can we call outside the scheduled visits?
Yes. We take reports at any time, and urgent small jobs are dealt with immediately.
