About us
A master craftsman qualification from Germany, experience in facility management, work in Croatian, German and English.
Behind the brand Adriatic FM Services stands the craft business ADRIATIC INSTALACIJE I SERVIS, owner Tihomir Guvo — from Kaštel Štafilić, serving properties in Dalmatia.
Qualification
A German master craftsman qualification (Meisterbrief) in installation and plumbing with heating, recognised in the Republic of Croatia. That means: work to a German standard of execution — planned, documented, without improvisation.
Experience
Work experience in Germany covers both facility management and technical property management — we know how a property is run, not only how it is repaired. In Croatia we are building the same experience through our own craft business.
How we communicate
In Croatian, German and English — with owners, managers, guests and contractors. We usually reply within one working day.
Service area
The focus is Split-Dalmatia County — Split, Kaštela, Trogir, Solin, Trilj (Čaporice)… and the surrounding area; other areas by agreement.
More on the group plan: brand and group.
