The brand and group we are building step by step

Adriatic FM Services is not a large group that simply calls itself one — it is a group we are building, step by step: from the first enquiries and contracts to our own units.

Today — two equal service streams

Technical FM: maintenance of the property's installations and equipment — water, heating, gas, electrical and pool systems. Infrastructure FM: cleaning, green areas and winter services. We run both streams in the same order: plan, delivery, record, report — under one contract and one contact.

Behind the brand stands a master craftsman qualification from Germany, recognised in the Republic of Croatia, and experience in German facility management.

Next step — our own units

We plan our own units for electrical work, cleaning and green area maintenance — growing out of cooperation or by acquiring existing craft businesses and companies. We intend to run each unit as a separate profit centre, with facility management (property coordination) as the central unit that aligns capacities and resources by property and by task.

Because the FM market calls for both quality and scope. We build quality masterfully — a small team, a high standard. We build scope gradually, according to our clients' needs: first enquiries and contracts, and our own units when it makes business sense.
