A villa or apartment offered for rent has to work every day of the season — and the owner is often not in Croatia.
A holiday property is under particular pressure: guests arrive every week, every fault is urgent, and the season is short. There is little time for interventions between arrivals.
For owners of villas and apartments and for rental agencies we offer technical cover for the property: regular inspections, fast interventions and clear reports — in the owner's language (HR, DE, EN). We also work with property managers: their procedure, our delivery.
Typical jobs in season
- Preparing the property before the season: surveying all systems, bleeding, trial run.
- Interventions between guest arrivals — as promptly as possible.
- Pool systems: filtration, pumps, water monitoring.
- Outdoor lines and irrigation — opened and closed in good time.

For owners abroad
We communicate in Croatian, German or English, with before-and-after photos of the work. Every job is documented, so you know exactly what was done on the property and why.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work with the agency that manages the rental?
Yes — the agent gives the direction, we deliver and report. The owner receives a copy of the report.
What if a fault happens in the middle of a booking?
For maintained properties we agree a procedure: a priority report takes the first available slot, and for rental properties usually the same day.
Are you expensive for a smaller apartment?
The quote follows the property and the scope — for a smaller property a modest maintenance plan is usually enough. No hidden items.
