A leak, a tap, a radiator, a lock on the technical cabinet — smaller jobs that otherwise have to wait for a large contractor.
There is always something small to see to in a property: a dripping tap, a valve that does not close, a pump that is humming. That does not need a large project — it needs a craftsman who turns up.
We carry out smaller jobs on water, heating, electrical installations, sanitary fittings and pool systems by agreement, without waiting for a slot with the large firms. As part of property maintenance such repairs are planned; outside it — on request, usually within an agreed deadline.

Why us
Because minor repairs are in fact a big deal in rentals and hospitality: a dripping tap in an apartment is a poor review, and a cold radiator in winter is a cancelled booking. A master craftsman qualification means we do the job once — and properly.
Work on the refrigerant circuit (F-gases) is carried out by authorised (certified) companies in accordance with regulations.

Do you come out for one-off repairs too?
Yes — even without a maintenance contract. For ongoing properties we offer more favourable terms of cooperation.
How often can I report a fault?
By agreement — for maintained properties usually as needed, with a defined response. Urgent cases we agree in writing.
Do you also do smaller electrical work?
Yes — smaller electrical work is part of property maintenance. More complex jobs we coordinate with specialised contractors.
