About me
I am Tihomir Guvo, a Master Craftsman in Plumbing and Heating with years of experience in technical facility and property management in Germany.
After more than a decade in the technical management of high-end commercial real estate, I am now bringing the "Stuttgart Standard" directly to the Split region. As a certified HVAC Master and former Technical Property Manager at alstria office AG, I managed and was technically responsible for portfolios exceeding 100,000 m² — including the highly complex Campus Sternhöhe.
My journey now leads me back to my homeland to close a critical market gap: the symbiosis of strategic facility management and authentic, hands-on craftsmanship. While others often only delegate, I know every technical component personally. I speak the language of owners, administrators, and asset managers as fluently as the mechanics of a complex industrial pump system.
